1. Agreement

By accessing or using foxdenhideout.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product or service from Fox Den Collectors Hideout ("Fox Den," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Products and pricing

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain pricing errors.

Card grades shown in product listings reflect the grade assigned by the original third-party grader (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) at the time of grading. We do not guarantee future grading outcomes or market value.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once payment is processed and the order is confirmed, the sale is binding subject to our Return Policy.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once an item has been picked up by the carrier, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit beyond the coverage of any applicable shipping insurance. See our Return Policy for handling of items damaged in transit.

6. Returns and refunds

All returns are subject to our Return Policy, available at foxdenhideout.com/pages/return-policy. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or materially different from the listing. Buyer's remorse, market price changes, and disagreements with third-party grades are not grounds for return.

7. Consignment and grading services

Fox Den offers consignment, PSA grading submission, and collection consulting services. Terms of those services — including commission rates, timelines, and risk allocation — are governed by separate agreements provided at intake. Submitting items for consignment, grading, or appraisal does not transfer ownership to Fox Den; you retain ownership until items are sold or you withdraw them.

We are not liable for changes in market value that occur while items are in our custody, nor for grading outcomes assigned by third-party graders. Grading and consignment items are insured up to the declared value while in our possession.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts, and the Fox Den name and branding — is the property of Fox Den Collectors Hideout or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our written permission.

Trading card images may include intellectual property of third parties (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Ravensburger, Bandai, etc.). Those marks belong to their respective owners. Fox Den is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Resell or commercially exploit the Site or any content from it without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Account security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@foxdenhideout.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fox Den disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Card values, market trends, and grading population reports referenced on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future value.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fox Den, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fox Den from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
