Return Policy

Effective June 11, 2026 · Fox Den Collectors Hideout

Fox Den Collectors Hideout accepts returns only on items that arrive defective or damaged. All other sales - including graded cards, raw singles, and sealed product, are final.

This policy reflects the reality of the trading-card market: card values move with the market, grades are assigned by third-party graders (PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG), and we go to significant lengths to photograph and describe every item accurately before listing. Once a card leaves our hands and reaches you in the condition shown, the sale is complete.

What qualifies for a return

We will accept a return and issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion only if:

  1. The item arrives physically damaged in transit (crushed slab, broken case seal, water damage, etc.).
  2. The item is materially different from the listing (wrong card, wrong grade, wrong set, missing item from a multi-card lot).
  3. A sealed product arrives with factory seal already broken, or with confirmed counterfeit/tampering evidence.

To qualify, the issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery (per the carrier's confirmed delivery date), with clear photos of the damage or discrepancy and the original packaging.

What does not qualify

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Market price changes after purchase
  • Disagreement with the grade assigned by PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or any third-party grader
  • Condition concerns on raw cards that match the listing photos (we photograph thoroughly - please review listing images before purchasing)
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to request a return

Email info@foxdenhideout.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or discrepancy (and photos of the original shipping packaging if relevant)

We respond to return requests within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Damaged in transit?

If your package arrives damaged, do not throw away the packaging. Take photos of the box, packing materials, and the item before unpacking further, then contact us immediately. We file shipping insurance claims on your behalf when applicable.
