Value tiers temporarily paused
PSA has halted new submissions to Value Bulk and Value while they work through their grading backlog. Standard ($64.99) is the lowest tier accepting cards right now. We'll re-open the paused tiers as soon as PSA restores capacity.
Premium 10 scaling
$10,005 flat covers cards valued $250,000–$350,000. Each additional $10,000 of card value above $350,000 adds $399 to the submission fee.
What centering does a PSA 10 need?
PSA 10 doesn't require perfect 50/50 centering. A card can be 55/45 on the front and 75/25 on the back and still qualify for Gem Mint, assuming corners, edges, and surface hold up too.

These are approximate, and graders also weigh overall eye appeal. Meeting the centering tolerance doesn't guarantee the grade. When we pre-screen Fox Den submissions, we look for 55/45 or better on the front, with 50/50 preferred.

Measure two opposite borders (left & right, or top & bottom) with a loupe or ruler and enter them below.
Measuring in millimeters
55/45 means one border can make up at most 55% of the combined width of the two opposite borders. So a card with a 5 mm border on one side and 4 mm on the other works out to 5 ÷ 9 = 55.6/44.4, just outside PSA 10's front tolerance.
Quick shortcut: for 55/45, the wider border can be at most 1.222× the narrower one. If one border is 4 mm, the other should be no wider than about 4.89 mm.
Loupe measurements carry a little error, so if you're submitting specifically for a 10, aim for 54/46 or better to give yourself some margin.

What do the fees cover?
Every flat rate covers the full submission, end to end: the PSA grading fee itself, expert packing with card savers and rigid mailers, fully-insured shipping from us to PSA, free insured return shipping on orders of 3 or more cards ($14.99 flat for smaller orders), photo documentation on intake, tracking updates at every handoff, and direct contact with a human through the whole process. No membership to manage, no setup fees, no surprise line items at the end.
Who pays for shipping?
Getting your cards to Fox Den is on you. Ship them to us with your own carrier and tracking, or drop them off locally. Once they're in our hands, we cover insured shipping to PSA.
Return shipping is free on orders of 3 or more cards. Orders of 1–2 cards have a flat $14.99 return shipping fee per order (not per card). If you consign with Fox Den or pick up locally, there's no return shipping at all.
Why can't I pick a Value tier right now?
PSA has temporarily paused new submissions to their Value Bulk and Value services because of a grading backlog. Standard ($64.99) is currently the lowest tier accepting new cards. We're keeping a waitlist, so reach out and we'll notify you the moment the Value tiers reopen so you can send cards in at the lower rates.
How does Premium 10 scaling work?
$10,005 flat covers cards valued between $250,000 and $350,000. Above $350,000, each additional $10,000 of card value adds $399 to the submission fee. For example: a $400,000 card runs $10,005 + ($399 × 5) = $12,000.
Can I consign and grade at the same time?
Yes. Consignors can opt to have us identify grading-worthy cards from their collection and submit on their behalf. The grading fee comes out of the sale proceeds, you never pay out of pocket, and you approve the tier before we ship.
What about returns and re-grading?
We photograph every card on intake so there's a clear record. If PSA returns a grade you'd like to challenge, we'll walk you through the re-grade or crossover process (re-grade fees billed at cost).
How do I know which tier to pick?
You don't have to. Send us a photo or list and we'll recommend the tier based on card value and your timeline. Pick the wrong one? We'll bump it up or down before shipping, no charge.
What happens after my cards are graded?
The moment PSA reveals your grade, you see it the same time we do. From there, a few things can happen:
Fox Den's optional offer. We have 48 hours after the grade reveal to send you a buyback offer at the now-known grade. If we send one, you have 24 hours to accept. If you don't, the offer expires, no obligation either way.
Your post-grade selection. When you submitted, you chose what to do with your cards after grading: consign with Fox Den, pick up at the shop, or ship back. You can change that selection in your account dashboard for up to 5 days after the grade reveal. After that, we proceed with whatever's selected.
If you chose pick-up, please claim your cards within 7 days. If they sit longer than that, we'll ship them to the address on file (free for 3+ cards, $14.99 for 1–2).
Ship-back: return shipping is free on orders of 3+ cards and $14.99 flat for 1–2 cards, whether or not we send you an offer.
