Bulk tiers run in batched submissions. If you don't hit 20, we'll bundle you into the next shared run, or bump you to standard Value rate.
Premium 10 scaling
$10,005 flat covers cards valued $250,000–$350,000. Each additional $10,000 of card value above $350,000 adds $399 to the submission fee.

What do the fees cover?
Every flat rate covers the full submission, end to end: the PSA grading fee itself, expert packing with card savers and rigid mailers, fully-insured shipping both ways, photo documentation on intake, tracking updates at every handoff, and direct contact with a human through the whole process. No membership to manage, no setup fees, no surprise line items at the end.
What's the 20-card minimum on Value Bulk?
PSA's Bulk service requires 20+ cards per submission. If you don't hit 20, we'll either bundle you into a shared run (still $29.99/card) or bump you to the next standard tier. We'll always confirm with you before shipping.
How does Premium 10 scaling work?
$10,005 flat covers cards valued between $250,000 and $350,000. Above $350,000, each additional $10,000 of card value adds $399 to the submission fee. For example: a $400,000 card runs $10,005 + ($399 × 5) = $12,000.
Can I consign and grade at the same time?
Yes. Consignors can opt to have us identify grading-worthy cards from their collection and submit on their behalf. The grading fee comes out of the sale proceeds, you never pay out of pocket, and you approve the tier before we ship.
What about returns and re-grading?
We photograph every card on intake so there's a clear record. If PSA returns a grade you'd like to challenge, we'll walk you through the re-grade or crossover process (re-grade fees billed at cost).
How do I know which tier to pick?
You don't have to. Send us a photo or list and we'll recommend the tier based on card value and your timeline. Pick the wrong one? We'll bump it up or down before shipping, no charge.
What happens after my cards are graded?
The moment PSA reveals your grade, you see it the same time we do. From there, a few things can happen:
Fox Den's optional offer. We have 48 hours after the grade reveal to send you a buyback offer at the now-known grade. If we send one, you have 24 hours to accept. If you don't, the offer expires, no obligation either way.
Your post-grade selection. When you submitted, you chose what to do with your cards after grading: consign with Fox Den, pick up at the shop, or ship back. You can change that selection in your account dashboard for up to 5 days after the grade reveal. After that, we proceed with whatever's selected.
If you chose pick-up, please claim your cards within 7 days. If they sit longer than that, we'll ship them to the address on file at standard return shipping rates.
One note: ship-back fees apply whether or not we send you an offer.
